She's a fairy! I got quite heavily influenced by 80s cartoon character designs like the Chipettes from Alvin and the Chipmunks, a bit of Touhou (distinct Patchouli Knowledge vibes) as well as a bit of Vanellope and other Sugar Rush racers from Wreck-It Ralph.
